Title: Just a Glimpse
Characters/Pairing: Mohinder, Sylar
Summary: Post "Parasite," what I imagine could be a missing scene from ".07%." (I'm sure I've taken a little time line liberty.) I thought there would be more to this, but my muses tell me it's standing as is.
Rating: R for obsessional stuff

there are so many things about this that are just amazing! :D I cannot wait to read more from you <3
-the smells! ozone, chlorine, coffee, spooge... they were spot-on and really pulled me in.
-Sylar's personal ethics, revealed in even the slightest turns of phrase ("liberated" a sketchbook, not stolen)
-I love the way you portrayed Mohinder after his run-in with Sylar; manic, lost, agitated and so very isolated :( and drinking 4 cups of nasty coffee... poor man always makes bad choices under stress!
-and still, he goes back to the scene of the crime (the crime here being rape, which I def think would've happened/been implied had Mo been a female character) in stead of getting help, and curls up for a nap! Poor dysfunctional baby :(
Anyway, enough rambling. This was great- your imagery and portrayal of both pov's are extremely compelling. Keep up the fantastic work!

You know, I didn't even think about that, consciously, when I wrote that line. But I think you're right, it really does seem to speak to his character.

Yeah; I sat there wondering about his actions but in the end thought he'd be caught in a fit of futility about who could actually help him so he'd return on his own, figuring Sylar would have no real reason to show his face again (seemingly, at least).
(Granted, in the show we see Mohinder at the still trashed apartment with Thompson, so it seems like he might actually have sought 'help' in-canon. :))
