I know I don't know everything that has went on in the past couple years, but I don't think you should be regretting anything. Sometimes its easier to focus on what didn't happen or what could have happened etc but I think you should focus more on what you have done. You've taken care of yourself for these past years and helped other people along the way. That's more (and more significant of a thing) than most people our age can say.

also daydreaming and future planning isn't a bad thing. The more that you envision what you want out of life, the more you can figure out how to get it and also be more motivated about it.
