So lately I have been experiencing a few things that I have never really had before like a minor tightness in my chest (don't worry I'm fine) and these little dark spots floating in my vision sometimes. Your problem is very likely just floaters (which everyone has) and you're probably just noticing them more due to brain fatigue. However if you notice a large increase in floaters (both in the number of floaters, or how often you notice them) OR if you get any black spots in your vision that don't move, more like a hole in the vision, OR get any bright spots that aren't caused by looking at a bright light and looking away... Then you want to book an appointment with an opthamologist (and not an optomatrist!) right away. Even just increased floaters can point to serious eye problems, and it's always better to be safe then sorry when your vision is involved. Tearing or stress on the retina can cause all of these symptoms. (all of this told to me by my Opthamologist when I had similar symptoms)

Besides, knowing that it's nothing instead of just suspecting it will only help you reduce stress, and hopefully floaters too~!
