I will be going up there before too long, make no mistake. Gots ta see me Cap'n Jack! He looks great! LOL!
And I adore EPCOT too... we take a day and eat our way through the park. LOL! My favorite thing is to be in "Britain" by around lunchtime for fish and chips and a Harps! Dinner's in Mexico. Mmmmmm burritos. And we always have some patisserie and a glass of chardonnay in France. ;)
OMG, I do the very same thing! I end up spending WAYYYY too much time in the Britain and Japan pavilions. lol And that restaurant in Mexico is absolutely fantastic. We always end up eating there, and then going on that boat ride afterwards.
