And your events director's no-face is too pixelated, and the chapter's "picture" got very strangely reduced. But everything is consistent, and that is good.

the links on the left are cut off. i thought "home" was "welcome." you took your picture off?

your site is way cooler than "valley of the sun's." i dont know if it can compete with the international site. i like how you can hover the mouse over a link and it rephrases the link for me. it's good for all the links i can't see because they are too far to the left and off the page!

otherwise the site looks good. it's not a confusing site, and it's not one of those sites with so much going on its a headache. so good job!
