At least you got out there and auditioned. Now you just have to KEEP auditioning until you get a part! It's not all that different from a job interview, except, y'know, singing and dancing instead of answering questions like "What's your biggest weakness?" or "Tell me about a time when you were leading a group with someone who wasn't doing their share of work."

And you know what else you should do? Start holding fake auditions for yourself. Videotape yourself and then critique it, and practice practice practice!
