Im guessin your talking about that pancake, well if you wanna talk to me about it im here. or you could just play a random sport and get some anger out, like hockey for you, cause you like hockey. I usualy use baseball, I just hit some balls as hard as I can, it really helps. Maybe you could use hockey for something of that sort.
