Fllay doesn't like Oscar, but that's obvious. She's actually blocked off all his attempts to reason with her, mainly because she doesn't appreciate his refusal to apologise completely. Not only did he sneeze at people and cause them to sparkle, but he willed his sparkles on her out of spite, dammit, and that's just messing with her image right there.
Ultimately, she finds him ... condescending in his politeness. Calling her darling, implying she's a peasant ... they all rub her really wrong because she knows he's doing it to bother her. Which is why she shrugs them off; Oscar's somebody she doesn't want to give the satisfaction to.
Dammit, Fllay still needs to plot something against him!
