Chaerin is hopelessly in love. With who? No other than the infamous Kwon Jiyong. But it’s pointless because every time she think she’s does enough to capture his attention long enough to express her undying love to him, that one person always does the slightest thing only to sweep away what attention she managed to attract. She knows she can’t compete with him. No way in a million years will she ever be able to replace him in Jiyong’s heart. But every time Jiyong knocks on her bedroom door, her heart will flutter with a glimpse of hope only to barely hold on to it when Jiyong leaves for Youngbae’s room before morning. Yet, she refuses to give all of Kwon Jiyong to Dong Youngbae.
Kwon Jiyong is selfish, maybe beyond selfish. But he can’t help it. He needs them both. One brings sunlight into his life, while the other brings excitement to where the sunlight lacks. If Jiyong were to choose, everyone would lose. And none of them want to lose just yet. There was too much at stack. Kwon Jiyong is a selfish bastard because he loves both his best friend and his favorite dongseng. And Kwon Jiyong refuses to make this one decision.
Dong Youngbae loves Kwon Jiyong, has loved him for 10 years now. And his love is so deep for the other, that words are not even needed anymore for them to understand each other. But Youngbae knows everything. Chaerin loves Jiyong too. Yet, of all the times Youngbae has been selfless, this will the one time he will selfish with something other than music. But sometimes, Youngbae wonders if all this is worth it. Sometimes, on those lonely nights when Jiyong will spend the night with Chaerin, Youngbae just wants to die. Youngbae never did enjoy sharing with anyone, because every time Jiyong left his bed for Chaerin’s bed, his heart would crack a little more. But every time he thinks it’s time to forget and move on without Jiyong, Youngbae realizes it would kill him to not have Kwon Jiyong at all.
