My complaint to San Remo
To whom it may concern
I recently picked up a 500gm box of Cous Cous and upon first use I spilled a good portion of the contents not into a measuring cup as I had intended, but onto the bench.
I didn't even occur to me that San Remo would use Right Hand Only perforation on the box.
As a left-hander, I am insulted by this packaging adaptation. It was ( Read more... )

free stuff!!! that was very nice of them.
today I went to get tickets to the AFL, and got $44 tickets instead of the expected $17 tickets. because $44 seemed to be the only ones I was allowed to purchase. then someone told me cheap tickets go on sale next week, and I was freaking out because ticketmaster stress that they can't do exchanges/refunds. I called them up and feined ignorance (but I didn't need to) and they were happy to cancel the tickets and refund me, because I called up on the same day that I purchased the tickets. anyway, it was good to be dealt with by a company nicely. and I relieved not to be paying more than double what I expected...

Firstly, I would like to apologise for my indignant feedback. I didn't expect my comments would be regarded, or even responded to. Obviously you and San Remo take customer service earnestly.
