I think I definitely made the right choice as to which direction to take at work. I have my proper job description meeting tomorrow where they start to write a proper JD which will help the process of getting me a replacement so I can go over the PMW when A leaves. Anyway I’m just running around trying to get everyone’s opinion of what the customer
