was a calm and uneventful day today... exactly what the mind and body needed. mentally a lot has been sorted although i'm still running into things that remind me of him everywhere... especially when he signed on today... and going into my address book to send an email and seeing his name. it's all memories i'm ready to be rid of... but i also
