Should use Sculpey with some aluminum foil for a base so they aren't too heavy.
Though that said, these look pretty cool and look like they'd work. But how will you attach them?

I didn't think about the aluminum foil thing -- I didn't use sculpey because it was more expensive. What I figured is I'd attempt to reshape them somehow to fit a headband. I would've done that but for reasons beyond my control, I didn't have one.

If this fails I will probably redo it with aluminum foil + sculpey. The aluminum foil doesn't interfere with the curing process?

Nah, it's the standard thing to use. Though I haven't done it myself, since my stuff is all tiny, but you could get some info online about it?

It seems like it'd be much harder to reshape them once dry to fit the headband...shoulda done it with the headband already there! Silly!

Skeezy swinger, linux celeb by association, libertarian, islamophobe... you're talking about Eric S. Raymond, right? He's also a global warming denialist and he used to claim to be able to channel the god Pan.

Anyway, nice horns! How big are they? It's hard to tell since there's nothing else in the picture for scale...

I'm thinking hairband to attach mine. They will be styrofoam so they'll be light. Are yours heavy? How dense is Model Magic?

Yeah, of course. I forgot about the global warming denial and his weird pseudoreligious claims (while claiming to be a staunch 'rationalist').

They are about the length of my face. Model magic is surprisingly light (which is why it was so hard to shape!), and I have some wire coathanger in the middle to give them some stability. I am thinking hair band, too, and hopefully I'll have enough surface area contact so that I can just epoxy them. I didn't want to mess with styrofoam...I'm not a very good sculptor or cutter.
