Today my car wouldn't start. I knew this would happen sometime because when I got my oil change they told me there was a problem with my car. The problem was that my positive battery terminal cable was corroded to all hell. With this they also told me that it would cost $400 and some odd dollars to fix it and an additional 2hr wait. that's what you get for buying a Saturn :P

You know, I've been told that it's just more expensive in general to get stuff fixed at the dealership than it is to find a mechanic, although I'm sure it still would have been much more expensive than it needed to be had you gone to a mechanic.

There's a lesson here learn to fix your car your own damn self. I know there's some things you can't fix on your own. I've grown up working on motorcycles and cars so I know pretty much how to replace or fix most things, except when you have to get into the engine or transmission I leave that to the mechanics.

But all and all my point was pretty simple if you do it yourself you save a bundle of money like I did. I mean come on $360. Also an update on the ram I sent back is that they have just recieved it and will process my stuff in 2-3 business days which means I won't see my new ram until next week due to the thanksgiving holiday.
