Nightmares with United, the sequel. Actually I think it's the sequel to the sequel.
Well, this time it wasn't as bad as the last, but man I am so tired. Probably cuz' I didn't sleep enough last night/dawn.
( So this is how the story goes. )

I'm sorry that you had such an awful experience! My experiences with American Airlines are bad, but not quite as awful as yours because you have so many connections with United. The LAX-ORD or SFO-ORD route always tires me out considerably too. Awful planes, no food, 4 hour flight in cramped conditions + 2 for time zone adjustment...

anyway, get some rest, and i hope that you have a wonderful senior year!

Jesus... maybe you might want to change airlines, like Southwest or something. Then again, this was just a bout of bad luck, with the engine failing, but UA sounds like they're really bad at training their agents, from this story.

The engine didn't actually fail, they just had to check it for damage, or something, I'm not sure.
But yea, UA's customer service has really went down the drain. D:
