Tuesday's list:
Gratitude:
1) I have decent health insurance
2) I have a really amazing therapist who helps me figure out ways to cope
3) Sheldon is coming to visit on Thursday before he packs it off to Deutschland
Success:
1) I'm taking actual steps to deal with this relapse
2) I said no to my mom when I wasn't up to talking instead of gritting my teeth & being reactive
3) We took out the trash & cleaned the bathroom, even though I didn't feel like it.
Wednesday's list:
Gratitude:
1) stuff like cutting sugar & refined products actually helps
2) I have the opportunity to do several community based activities this month
3) I have lots of good friends who have been very tolerant of my negativity of late (that's you!)
Success:
1) I held off on talking to C about her screw-up until I could be civil. It avoided much drama.
2) I did not kill anyone, no matter how sorely they tempted me.
3) did just a little more cleaning, only as much as I wanted to
