This was a great drabble! I think Minerva has a slight bit of fondness for Luna, which is plausible (and a little sweet!) Nice interpretation of the prompt, too.

You captured Minerva's thoughts beautifully, and quite an echo of "Luna, LLuna..." throughout the piece.

I wasn't sure I could pull of Luna, so I chose to write from Minerva's point of view, which made it a bit easier. They're both interesting characters and it was fun to write this. Glad you liked it :)

The first thing that came to mind when I saw the prompt was 'teacher turning a blind eye', so I went with that xD

Minerva strikes me as the kind of teacher who could do something like this and say, with a completely straight face, 'whoops'.
