My boyfriend's in jail and I've already cheated on him with my ex (with him for 3 years) who I still love and he doesn't know I even talk to him anymore!

People in general think I am nice, but secretly, I am a bad person. I have bad thoughts, sometimes so bad that I scare myself. I even fear that I some day will end up in a mental hospital.
