They pretty much just tried to agree on a treaty but china just wouldnt cooperate and as far as I understood Obama didnt try to take a step into their direction either.

So yeah Copenhagen was one big failure.

Ugh. I get those, too. My PCP actually gave me some cream to prevent them, but apparently it only works when I remember to use it.
