Even before it was shown, I've decided I wouldn't be watching Boys Over Flowers mainly because I think Hana Yori Dango will be the best version there is, and also because it's one of the reasons why Hyun Joong had to leave We Got Married (Ssangchu/Joonbo foreva! /nerd). It is SO good. Unlike you, I loved BoF and didn't really like HYD (I guess I like Korean men over japanese ones?). The secondary story is very sweet and kinda tragic and the actors are pretty and it's all very, very good. They def. get more time than in HYD so that's a plus. I hope you decide to watch the whole thing, because it really is good, even though the female lead is kinda annoying.

So! I actually watched a ton of Korean stuff before Japanese, which is probably why I love the Japanese guys more? :D I really want to watch the whole thing, but the female lead is...just like you said. I see her face for a few seconds and want to punch her face!
More time in BoF? I'M INTERESTED! So does this mean I have to download the entire thing? Can you at least give me a hint on which ep to start with where things become...interesting? :D

Oh, man, I have NO idea where it starts. I watched in May, I think. It's just one series, though, not seasons like HYD, so I'd say at about episode 11 or something. I honestly can't remember. :(
