hey, it rained!

Here in the country, we're having the El Niño phenomenon, where basically it's drought season. It's only the beginning of March but it's already really hot (summer season here usually starts April) and the fields and fishponds are drying up, which makes me feel for the farmers because obviously, no crops/fish = no food/no money as they won't have ( Read more... )

It snowed here today again and trust me I wasnt amused. I cant imagine that somewhere else people are sweating and dealing with heat ;)

Im afraid of the dark too. Always have been and it probably wont stop anytime soon. So it's really nothing to be embarrased about hon :D

LOL. I usually prefer non-rainy days, but the heat could get oppressive at times. My laptop is set on a desk in front of a window, and sometimes a wind would blow inwards and I just frown because it isn't even a cooling wind. :D

Hee. I sleep with a desk light on!

Hi friend! :D

Oh man, I would be so freaked out if that parking lot thing happened to me. Seriously. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm still afraid of the dark in certain circumstances, you never know who's out there! Glad your life didn't turn into a horror flick <3

Hi! :D♥

It was a secure, guarded parking lot, but OMG the dark. I was afraid some ghoul would just pop up from behind me or suddenly appear beside and no one would be there to hear me scream. My imagination was running on overdrive. :D

I don't do well in the dark either. I probably would have cried or seriously freaked. I can't even watch scary movies or scary video games.

I was trying very hard not to freak. The only thing running through my mind at that time was 'neverdoingthisagainneverdoingthisagainNEVERdoing thisagain!' :D

And much as I want to try and love Supernatural, I can't. I watched more than half of its first season in broad daylight and was still scared shitless and got some nightmares.

AWE! *hugs*

Surpernatural can get to me too. My only saving grace with that show is the funny episodes they do in between the scary and the hotness of two very pretty boys. Plus I always try to make sure to watch it with my fiance in the room.

People keep complaining about little things here and there about Firefox, and it makes me kind of sad because I wonder if I should switch, but I'm so used to it!

And I would love working at a bookstore if I could :D

I kept reading about those complaints too, but mostly ignored them -- even if I was getting issues too! I can't think of any other browser; Opera is fast but is too heavy on my system's RAM. Plus, Firefox has LJLogin which I use often. :D But it's gotten really slow for me lately, and my friend told me Chrome is really lightweight so I decided to check it out. Looking good so far, but I still use Firefox sometimes for LJLogin. :D

I really wanted to try, but I'm not sure I could commit for even six months in the least, plus what I mentioned above. But I'm thinking it seems great!
