Cookbooks

Amazingly enough, I haven't yet succumbed to buying a cookbook. Often times I've been tempted, but cooking is personal and I haven't found a book that felt right yet. Also, I have that weird tic of being unable to buy a book without touching it and going back to it a half a dozen times to make sure I really want it. I really ought to have one to

I LOVE my Williams Sonoma "Savoring..." cookbooks. You can get them for about $15 each at Borders or even cheaper online. They have fabulous recipes and also function as coffee table books because they're so beautiful to look at. Dorky as it sounds, I like to read them as books and they make me feel like I'm on vacation in some exotic locale. =)

I also love hitting the sales at Borders and Barnes & Noble. I've gotten some extremely interesting cookbooks for MADLY cheap that way.

I'm waiting for a sale at B&N too. so far I haven't seen cookbooks I'd like on sale, but I will definitely keep looking.
