It was really nice of you to provide so many screen caps, but really, you could have just repeated No. 434 over and over and over and I would have been quite happy. ;)

Also? Goat? Cute!

And Jill? What a dope.

Oh, and finally, 436. I've been admiring your IllyaCon this past week, waiting for the cap.

Yep, there he is. I didn't want the standard Illya-whimpering-rabbit icon, and had a hard time deciding which of these closeups to use. Glad you approve. :-)

Ha! I was supposed to add that P.S. to my post. Silly me!

Such a visually beautiful act.

390 - Love the gentle way Illya feeds the goat.

423 - 436, The whole sequence with Illya and Marion is, like I said above, visually beautiful.

430 - 436 PERFECTION!

498 - would love a waist line like that.

Beautiful!

Is it Illya you deem beautiful, or part of the background. ;-)

It's the whole shot. Illya, Marion, the sky, and the fact that it is in black and white makes it perfect.

You know, I really like Horth. It's so sad that he gets killed. He's pretty sort of awesome.

(Also, Roger C. Carmel was amazing at accents. I think I've seen him in five roles now, with five different accents, and every one of them convincing!)

He was a pretty good character actor, I agree. And Horth made a noble sacrifice, perfectly in keeping with is character.

This is the first episode I remember seeing--and the sequence where Illya tells Marion to pretend he's a rock may well be where my Illya fixation started :)

The goat sequence is so cute!

This is likewise the episode that made the biggest impression on my young mind and heart... I clearly remember having a cousin (who had never seen MfU) over to spend the night, and getting in trouble because we stayed awake very, very late, with me playing an injured Illya and her playing a solicitous Marion. lol

I also am sure that this was my very first foray into fan art; I recall drawing a picture of Illya in his black turtleneck and trousers, lying in a pool of blood from Thrush-inflicted gunshot wounds.

I was a blood-thirsty little waif, wasn't I?

#377 and #397 are lovely shots of Napoleon, and for some reason I just like the composition of #521.

I'm not surprised you like those. They are very good shots of Napoleon.

But, what? No 519 love? ;-)

I think they are saving themselves for next acts VPL/VTB shot.

[chuckle] #519 is one nice back view in motion, isn't it?
