The phone made a strange sound and then disconnected... I think it's broken.

[She continues that noise for a bit, then hangs up and picks up again.] Are you OK? The phone suddenly went dead for me.

...there's something in the phone line!

... You don't think there's really a ghost, is there?

[Konata can probably hear the sound of someone getting up and cracking his knuckles.]

Ahh... Wh-what're you doing? [Oh no this is bad this is very very bad!]

[The line is now disconnected. Hooray, Ryoga destroyed his phone!]

[Konata had no idea what was going on, and runs out in her raincoat, knocking on all the doors and asking for Ryoga.]
