so in the end, i get the blame for my reactions, partly based on what they did or didnt do, however they dont know they did it because i cant tell people when they have either hurt me or made me upset or whatever. i always feel so bad afterward that i just cant do it anymore. so in the end, it take it all and accept that i am the bad guy.
