good question, but according to my RA at school if you don't have permission from the Hellinistic Society or something like that to use Greek letters in a sorority named you can be fined or put in jail haha

You know, I don't think it's a copyright, becuase that is sort of impossible because copyrights only last the life of the original copyrighter plus 70 years, and well I think greek letters have been around longer than that. So I think Holy Cross is just crazy dumb. Plus a copyright can only be owned by people, not organizations like the Helenistic Society, so someone's blowing smoke up your ass. We use the greek system im math class everyday, noone is sueing my teacher. Haha, I donno it's just so damn crazy!
