Update:
Here's an update on my trip to Purdue University. Let me just say that before I went to Purdue it was on my list of colleges to apply too, but it wasnt what of my top choices..( my thinking was.. Indiana.. who goes to Indiana). But anyway, I went for two weeks, taking pre-med and vet-med courses at the Univesity (not for credit) just as part of this summer program... I actually ended up learning alot and meeting alot of cool people (u know who you are). Once I became pretty close with a group of people, (me, Eleanore, Lucy, Jaylyn, and Lauren) while there, some crazy stuff happened.. we pretended to have a beer chugging party (with ice tea: look similar) with a beer bong that my friends (Eleanore and Lucy) bought at a local shop. We setup it up in one of our rooms. while lucy has this beer bong in her mouth filled with ice tea and bottles on the floor filled with ice tea and a shot glass sitting right on the floor.. one of the counselors walks in as we're screaming "Chug, Chug! Chug! Chug!.." and trying so hard not to laugh. Her name is mary (the counselor) and she walks in and tells me that I have to be in my room in 5 minutes (lights out) and looks DIRECTLY at the shot glass and beer bong and then leaves.. As we are laughing hysterically we try and think of why she didnt say anything
1. she didnt know what it was
and
2. well basically....... she just didnt know what it was
* Now come on people this is a gifted camp.. we should be getting in trouble.. we knew we wouldnt but we just wanted to see her reaction. It was quite fulfilling..lol.
Besides that we hung sign up sheets on "The SIGN UP BOARD" that were titled "strip poker" (which people actually signed up for) but the counselors took it down before we saw the names and "lap dance lessons" which we thought a bunch of old men were going to sign up for. It was really funny.. strictly confidential..lol.
There are many more instances, but most of the time I was either in class.. doing school work (yes at Purdue).. eating (yay!)with some kick ass counselors.. or playing wet'n wild dodgeball (now that was fun)
I dropped off the negatives for my pictures to be transferred to CDs yesterday so I should have them by today.. ttyl.

OH and we're going to the rapids tomorrow so give me a call if you want to come.. Its going to be a blast!
