I am totally in the same boat. My apartment is way too lonely, if I have time after work and school to do anything I'm totally wiped (that's partly being pregnant though).

I think I'm moving closer to you though... that's sort of exciting? we could be semi-neighbors? I'm going to check out the place today with the real estate agent.
