I've never been able to understand the whole 'cocaine addict' look, myself. That's not to say there isn't something attractive about the svelte, slim look, but that doesn't mean one should be able to count a girl's ribbones or cut themselves on her hipbones.
A bit of meat on the bones is quite, quite attractive and I think I speak for most men in general in that.
