anyone know how to get my computer to start when the damn start button on the CPU isn't working? the monitor has power. last time it did this, it didn't start for over six months and then one day the button magically worked again. WTF?

Oh cripes --- *sigh* hopefully just a bad connection. If you're feeling daring, you can bring it over and I'll take a look at it for you. Could be a sign of a power supply going bad or something like that too.

I was wondering what happen to you...

if you can't get it fixed i have an older computer you can use. I can bring it this coming weekend, as i'm pretty sure i will be tagging along with someone to the event. Just give me the word and you can use it for as long as you need. I just need a day or two to format and clean the HD before i bring it...
