That scene between Blaine and Burt was kinda heartbreaking for him but Blaine is right on what he said to Burt but I can also see things from Burt's POV. Let's hope Kurt gets better soon!

This chapter was amazing. Hands down, this story is the number one fic I keep checking the comm for. The absolute heartbreak of Kurt's waking is just so stunning. I couldn't help but have a very clear mental image of what Kurt must have looked like, totally vacant, glazed over expression. It's terrifying and so, so sad.

I also love the idea that Kurt would react first around Blaine, instead of his father. It's very touching.

Excellent update!

Poor Blaine! Poor Burt! I loved that Kurt wasn't 'magically awake' either and that all wasn't perfect when he woke up, because so many fics do that, and then we wouldn't have had that beautiful Blaine/Burt scene if that'd happened.

It's going to be a long road to recovery, and definitely looking forward to the next installment!
