Oh this fic in breaking my heart. I really hope Blaine doesnt make a mistake he cant take back. I love how you've spread the pain around here. I feel terrible for everyone in this story. It seems strange that Burt would spend all(or most of) his time with Blaine while his son is recovering from such a traumatic event, but I still feel bad for him cause it must be hard to see his son like that. It must also be hard for Blaine, to have lost his family over this and then have to feel guilty about spending time with Burt.

I know the story focuses on Burt and Blaine but I was wondering if we'll get to see Burts side of things, maybe why he is( or seem like he is) avoiding Kurt?

Theres like no easy way out for anyone here. Can't wait for more.

I really feel like this fic is accurately porptraying just how messed up Kurt is. He's left the damaged, forgetful part of his recovery and has entered the angry, denial, striking out, and frustrated stage. The way I see it, he acts like this, pushing people away, to see if they care enough to fight and stay close to him. That, and he's emotionally wrecked.

Looking forward to the next chapter.

There are many many more stages for Kurt to transition through, but eventually him and Blaine will come to an understanding.
