I am a little confused. So people can't compliment you and say you're sexy or whatever, and then people can't agree that you're not. So like what are people supposed to do, just agree with everything you say, but only when you want them to? And in my opinion, you can't trash people when they are just being honest about how they feel about you. AND LEARN HOW TO TAKE A COMPLIMENT. Even if you don't agree, say something like THANK YOU, but I don't think so. Don't call them a liar.
