Good news! I finally had my car looked at. (It's only been acting up for what, a year and a half now?) We know what the problem is. The bad news? The parts are only available at the dealership, which means it's going to be expensive. But still, likely cheaper than buying a new car. And a whole lot easier ( Read more... )

Unfortunately, it turns out the call was for my mom, and their database doesn't show she's already working for the county.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Mostly cry, because the week has been so horrible.

I hate funerals. Even worse when it's for someone fairly young. Worse still when it's suicide.
