Ok, I think you just hit the nail on the head on why my grades sucked last semester... I must have put in a lot of extra information. It sure did seem like every question covered a lot of ground. I should have realized. Ok... I'm going to try not to do that this semester!

I also think I lost IRAC ability too. Have to work on that as well.

Anyway, congrats on your practice midterm grade! I think that's excellent!

Congrats on the practice exam! I was a miserable failure in torts :)

I have con law too this semester. It's my most confusing, obtuse class by far. I just don't get it.

Glad to know I wasn't alone. Unfortunately, it keeps coming up in other classes too. Damn the constitution!! ;)
