work out diary-day 3

This was supposed to get posted yesterday, but I forgot.

I woke up and went to the gym around 9:45. I only stayed long enough to do the 30 minute power circuit workout thingy, which is a combination of weight machines and cardio, where you're at each station for a minute with a 30 second rest between each.
