10 years from now, I'd like have a real career in photography, be a recreational nudist, travel the world, and be able to do what I want.

This morning as I was fixing to leave Trevor's, I took a peek at myself naked in the mirror. This was supposed to get posted yesterday, but I forgot.
I woke up and went to the gym around 9:45. I only stayed long enough to do the 30 minute power circuit workout thingy, which is a combination of weight machines and cardio, where you're at each station for a minute with a 30 second rest between each. work out diary-day 2
Spent an hour at the gym. I did .73 mile on the elliptical machine but at a higher speed than what I did a mile at yesterday. I then worked on my abs, doing rep sets of 15, adding 5 lbs with each set. After abs, I did a pretty intense leg workout, however I did it using a low weight so I can burn through calories by doing the reps faster. ( Read more... ) -

Today I signed up at Planet Fitness because they're having a week long special where it only costs $1 to sign up, then the regular $10 a month. I went back after my meeting with my adviser and shooting to work out. I was on the eliptical machine for a mile, then did hardcore arms and shoulders and a light workout on my abs and legs.
