today was such a frustrating day!!!!!!! we got the new cd player for the car and we go to get it out in today and when we get there we find out that we need the original reciet of the cd player thats already in the car. so we have to go to customer service and wait in a huge-gantic line just to get a retarded reciet. so it took me about 20 mins
