So I took my first dose of Depakote last night. I wonder how long it will take to work? Hopefully not weeks...

i think depakote is one of those drugs where u have to wait a lil bit to see if it works but im not sure. glad u havent had any serious side effects! <3

im excited for u i really hope it works! dont let any one elses horror stories or bad experiences worry u either cuz ive noticed before that before i even got a chance to let a certain med work id get too worked up over other peoples experiences and then just to find out it was for no reason because no drug works exactly the same in everyone. ive been on so many meds and the ONLY one that ever worked was lamictal and as u know they are both in the same family so i reallu hope it works for u! also i noticed that it had less side effects than when i took lamictal and lamictal gave me barely any so yea *keepin my fingers crossed for ya!*
