I hate college!!!!!! You would think as much money as we give to them they would be more inclined to help their students and not be so impossible to contact

It is totally unacceptable...especially when you think about the fact that I've been giving them money to teach me since January of 2007!!!

And I'm not the only one who has been screwed over...my aunt paid for my two cousins to go to USC out of her own pocket and whenever she had an issue it was like pulling teeth to get help. And one of my best friends had a serious problem with a professor when she tried to get help after her father died.

I feel for you sweetie, I have had the Uni related 'shit' before. They had to actually re-write the programme guide for my course after I pointed out it was wrongly worded. This is of course after they had made me get all stressed over 10 missing credits!
I think that there becomes a point when ppl become to over educated to use common sense!

It is so stupid!!! As much as we pay for our education you would think they would be more helpful and not have us chasing our own tail! And God forbid you need to get paperwork from them...I once had to appeal to go back to school and it took several trips to and from different offices with a shit ton of forms!

OMG!!! That is a stupid institution. This university is a lot better than that one. At least, here they won't treat you like that. maybe they do, but I never gotten such treatment. That totally sucks! *hugs* I hope that chick learns something. Not all students do that all the time.
