yes i had a good christmas. and yes i spent money on material things and people spent money on material things for me too. yeah we wasted all our money away for "shit we dont need". it felt really good seeing the looks on all the relatives faces. and i got jsut about 15000 presents, and i loved them all. so for all those people out there saying

See, that is not a really a surfer. That is what the OC tells you is a surfer.

Shure there are a few like that, but I can guarantee you, if someone looks and acts like a stereotypical surfer, they are doing it more for their reputation than the love of surfing. In reality surfers are made up of all the people that make your world go round. Lawyers, judges, doctors, garbage men, it just sucks how people who don't surf sometimes assume that if I surf I must be lazy, unprodcutive, and most annoyingly, stupid.

Wow, that was quite a rant. And by the way, sorry, that was not meant to be any sort of attack to you, you were being nice. :)

its not that fact that we are "wasting money"
its the fact that we are spending money.
its just seems a tad bit sad that we must
buy things for our family to show them
we love them, we have to buy things to mmake
them happy and see the looks on their faces.
why cant we do things that don't create a
perpetuating cycle of waste? christmas isn't bad,
it was meant to be about christ, and if you really
wanted to give in the spirt of god giving us jesus,
than give in the spirt, but buy a tv
or a playstation is not in the name of jesus.
im not condeming people being smart and
earning their money, their place in life
but why don't people go and feed the poor,
and i help the needy? What i got for christmas
was some socks , a vinyl and a dvd. I'm grateful,
yes. I know saying pessimism and nihilism are
"The way to live life or base it off",
but what happened to just being happy?

I don't single out christmas, trav.
I mean everyday, it's just that
christmas makes it so apparent and
easier to make an example of. I go on weekends
when I can to feed the poor. I give cans
and clothes everychance I get. I'm not
saying I'm some kid whos better than everyone,
I'm just trying to persaude people to
change, a little for the better. Of course
that's my bias, saying that my view is better.
I know you see the wealth and waster in this
society trav, I'm not trying to single anyone
out , I just want people to try and be more
real. Nothin but good vibes <3

thank you to everyone whos noticing a change in my behavior, its helping me stay clean knowing that i can talk with the "grown ups" now. and this feels like a chat room because i post and seconds later theres a reply. beach cleanup is sometime next mont. i think its up in encinitas, not that those beaches need it, but thats where the rich snobs lay their lawn chairs, so it needs to be clean. hope to see you two there.
