today i went for a run on the treadmill. after that, i decided it would be really fun if i just went outside and ran around. so i took my puppy, and we went outside and i ran up and down gardner and tappan with him barefoot, and now i'm sure i'm gonna end up with some strange disease, and so is he cause he kept trying to drink the water running
