there are some ppl. at the hospital that can do it. and if you wanted to get it done some where else, they normaly do them at tattoo places in tally. they cost around 40 to 50 dollars.

actually it was a gurl and she was hot but im not like that and she did my belly button. I almost passed out when I got up lol it was funny. but yea their are LOts of hottys there I'm fixin to move to tally in like 5 monthes and im looking for a good roomate. hah i'll be lookin for a while
