i'm not really that close to brian. but i am sad. and i do hope he fully recovers. but it does make you think. what would i do if one of my friends got hurt? i know i would try to do anything i could to save them, but really, what could i do? nothing. and that makes me feel so powerless. i'm not prepared to handle another death. you would think
