There is quite the gender gap here too, but yeah we've got one male finalist so far?

i don't feel so bad now for IMing tab with "oh look, another girl in eurocosplay".

is there really an even bigger divide in the gender-talent demographic in mainland europe than we have in the UK?

Possibly, at least looking through pictures of EC hopefulls the divide looks bigger than I'm hopeing to see in England.

Mind you, there seem to be less and less talanted guys taking part each year :(

That seems to drasticaly up your chances :P

Your costume is looking fab, and I'm sure it will impress the judges. If I was judging I think my main query would be what you intend to do in the final, as obviously you have a lot less time to make that costume.
