They're brutal here, Blair. You have to follow the rules about the mask and you can't speak out against them or they really will hurt you. They don't waste time with tricks here - I just avoid trouble no matter what.

Wear the mask when you're outside. You should wear it while you're talking on this too, I've heard a few people get chewed out. Don't challenge the guards. They're mean. Other than it's your basic morality stuff. Don't steal, don't cause bodily harm to your neighbours. The usual.
