[The Portal flickers on, revealing a young man in the process of putting a leather jacket on. For a moment it seems he doesn't realize the Portal is on, as he runs a hand through his shock of blond hair. He paces in front of the bed for a moment, as if he's trying to calm himself down.

To a trained eye, it almost looks like flickers of red ghost

But he takes a deep breath, and goes to sit on the bed, his hands going into his hair.]

How long have you been here.

[ Don't make him force calmness into your brain, son. Thankfully he can hear all the other questions Alex has in his head. ]

As of today? One month. I see you've already come into contact with Erik... Raven, and as he mentioned, Sean, are here as well. [ There is a look on his face that says he's not doing well with the whole Erik and Raven thing. ]

Sean arrived before they did, about a few days ago. The mansion is here as well.

[The rage starts to bubble, churn. If not really for him, but for Charles. He can tell that the older man isn't doing so well with it, and it bothers Alex, makes him want to do something that will fix things, even if he can't.

But he has to try and calm, so he focuses on an easier subject.]

[ A pause. Ben isn't one for conferring with others, but in times of crisis, even Ben can be somewhat amenable to solidarity. ]

[He isn't going to even contemplate that idea. No way.]

[ Easy? It's never easy- his dreams, anyway- but that's what he's telling himself. ]
