what happened with your kale? i think it's the one green i haven't managed to screw up yet so i'm curious, since whatever problem you had is probably in my future.

mac and cheese sounds great. i am making it for mike tomorrow. of course it's vegan but this recipe is AMAZING...he begs for it constantly so you know it has to be yummy. tonight i'm trying sweet potato gnocchi with basil "cream" sauce. sounds wonderful right? if it is i'll let you know since nick is cool with the sweet potatoes now.

man...it tasted like crap. the dough for the gnocchi just wouldn't come together even though i added almost 2 cups of flour. so i decided to just put the sauce over regular pasta. it was gross! damn. i hate when that happens.
