So remember yesterday when I said that the doctor's haven't figured out what's wrong yet? well I got all the hospital bills yesterday from my insurance and  they state I have a preexisting condition and so they don't want to pay. Maybe they know what's wrong since they think it is preexisting. I should ask them cause how can I have a preexisting

I'm really sorry. I hate the hospital/insurance game. Really the patients are the losers while the two of them fight. I hope you're feeling better soon. What were you trying to say in your last post? Are you pregnant? ;)

I completely understand that frustration. Sometimes it feels like you have to FIGHT everything. I get so tired of it.

Jeremy was born on October 17th. We had the hospital bill within a week, and then a second showed up. For a birth on October 20th, a baby girl.
I called and explained I had not had a second child three days later. Sounds like it should be an easy fix, right?
It took THREE YEARS to get that off my bill. No kidding. I wanted to rip my hair out.

You should definitely appeal, and use exactly that logic: "ok, if it's pre-existing, tell me what it is, and when it was previously diagnosed, eh?"
