Your manga colouring is 1000x more vibrant than mine.
Right now I don't really wish to write any tutorials (because it can a long time for me), but I can give you the colour layers I use for their hair...

bottom layer: screen, 30-80% (depends on the hair colour and it looks good)
layer 1: soft light, 100%
layer 2: multiply, 60-100%
layer 3: soft light, 100%
(all the same colour).

With the skin and eyes it's usually just multiply and soft light. Then I colour it how I usually colour my icons with selective colour, color balance and colour layers and maybe some textures.

I'm curious, do you colour your manga in its icon size or do you colour and then resize?
